Educate California takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of LifePrep Academy:
• Conforming with WCAG 2.1 AA web accessibility standards,
• Including accessibility throughout our internal policies,
• Appointing an accessibility officer and/or ombudsperson, and
• Employing formal accessibility quality assurance methods.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. LifePrep Academy is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we have also applied some Level AAA Success Criteria. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of LifePrep Academy, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.
Known limitations for LifePrep Academy:
Form Control: Form controls on various pages may have more than one label associated with it. Our technician will resolve this issue by Q3, 2024. It will not cause any problems for the user.
LifePrep Academy is compatible with all browsers, operating systems and assistive technologies. There are no known incompatibilities.
Accessibility of LifePrep Academy relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

• JavaScript
