The LifePrep Academy: College, Career and Life Planning curriculum helps families, mentors, schools, non-profit organizations and local government agencies prepare 14-24-year-old youth for college, careers and life after high school.
Through our in-person and virtual LifePrep training sessions, we provide students and their parents with essential knowledge, skills and resources that students need to graduate - college and workforce ready. By empowering families to advocate for their children and to partner with their children’s school counselors, we help youth become the educated and skilled workers California communities need for economic success.
Since 1998, we have helped thousands of students plan their futures and achieve their goals.
Through LifePrep Academy training sessions, parents:
• Learn how to help their child develop an academic plan for their college and career goals;
• Are equipped for clear, high quality communication and collaboration with school counselors.
• Gain confidence in their understanding on how they can help their child prepare for life after high school; and
Educate California has been a trusted partner with California State University for more than fifteen years, providing LifePrep Academy curriculum and trainings for our campuses and community partners.
